There is not much to say in this blog. But a lot will be following.
CTI Solutions (a.k.a. Central Telecom Inc.) is a company that has been around since 1980 delivering solutions for it customers. Whether that customer is a telecom giant, a marketing consultant, or an engineering firm - we have delivered.
The best part about working at CTI Solutions is the belief of all of my coworkers on our ability to get things done. The answer is "Yes - we can do that." There is a great story about customer service at Nordstroms'. A customer came in with tires. Nordstroms does not sell tires but the manager took the tires in anyway. (Of course he sold them/returned them to the correct store the next day). The customer was so happy that Nordstroms took them back she is forever a loyal customer.
What would have happened if the manager had said "No"? After all Norstroms doesn't deal in tires - but how many people would that lady would have told how UNHAPPY she was with Nordstroms? Unhappy, bad customer service and your store name are never a good combination.
And that is why at CTI Solutions we say "Yeah - we can do that." We will figure it out and do it.
